A hammer mill UNIT is a simple and effective complete grinding solution.

A hammer mill UNIT integrates all functions in a grinding process into one solution: Hammer mill, self-cleaning nozzle filter, ventilator, and hopper incl. empty auger. These are constructed and dimensioned to work together in a grinding solution.

The hammer mill is used for grinding products into smaller particles. In the process, the product is led to the mill via conveyor belt, auger or similar equipment, which can be capacity regulated by means of a frequency converter. When the product falls into the grinding chamber, it is split up into smaller particles by rotation of the hammers. Replaceable wear resistant brake plates in the top part of the grinding chamber stops the rotation of the product and increase the grinding efficiency.

The grinding fineness and particle size distribution is determined by the screen.

EUB hammer mills can be delivered with wind sieve, which is a simple solution to sieve stones and metals away.
