Hammer mill EUB 4000

The hammer mill is designed for grinding of a wide variation of products into smaller particles.

Hammer mill model “D” with inlet in the top and outlet in the bottom. Hammer mill model “P” for pneumatic suction or blower transport system, with inlet in the top and outlet in the bottom. The mill is used in connection to a EUROflow self-cleaning nozzle filter or cyclone, and ventilator.

The product is transported to the inlet of a transport auger or similar equipment which can be regulated with a frequency converter. When the product falls into the grinding chamber, it is split by the rotation of the hammers. Replaceable wear resistant brake plates in the top of the grinding chamber stops unnecessary rotation and increases thereby the grinding efficiency. The screen size and type decide the particle size distribution (PSD) and fineness of the product. Vacuum increase the capacity and cooling during the grinding process.

EUB hammer mills can be delivered with wind sieve, which is a simple solution to sieve stones and metals away.
