Self-cleaning nozzle filter with round Teflon coated filterbags in woven textile 550 g/m². The filter is delivered complete including control panel, magnetic valves, air pressure tank and connection for vacuum unit in the top section. The filter is extremely efficient in both under and overpressure plants. Maximum vacuum is 5000mm/H2O, unless otherwise is specified.
The filter can be delivered in painted steel or stainless steel. Replacement of filterbags is done through the inspection door in the filter housing. (See picture).
The filter can be delivered with cone or rotational bottom and a cyclone inlet which pre separates the product to reduce the load on the filter bags.
The filter can be delivered ATEX Zone 20 approved, with an explosion relief panel, flameless venting, or an explosion suppression system.
