Big bag filling station

Process plant description: Complete Big Bag emptying system for different materials. Big Bag is being placed at the top of the system by the use of a forklift. The lid under the bag opens. The bag is opened and the access door is closed. The materials in the bag are automatically emptied and transferred for further processing through a conveyor belt, rotary valves, etc. that are connected to the plant.

  One can easily and freely place a Big Bag in the emptying system by the use of a forklift or other lifting unit. The station itself is safe and dust-free because the materials are being emptied in the closed add-on.
